Share Alumni PRIDE

A key component of the alumni relations mission is to help keep alumni connected to the university and to each other.  As part of that mission, we are planning to publish an updated Alumni Directory.  This directory will contain the authorized and verified names and contact information for Franklin Pierce alumni from across the decades.

In order to gain authorization and verification from alumni, we are conducting a survey through a third party.  You may receive a phone call, postcard or email from our partner in this project Harris Connect LLC.  The email address that may look like this - Franklin Pierce University [mailto:alumnibroadcasts@harrisconnect.com].  Your spam filter may tag this as spam or a possible scam.  Please rest assured that this is not a scam.  In concert with Harris we are trying to provide the most up-to-date product possible and hope that you will be a part of it.

If you have any questions or concerns about this project, please give me a call or reply to this email.  On behalf of Franklin Pierce University, faculty, staff, and current and future alumni, I thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Shirley English-Whitman

November 2009

Alumni Pride

Alumni and Reunion Weekend has come and gone.  I had the pleasure of meeting many alumni, family and friends during the weekend and I enjoyed hearing stories about “the old days” at Franklin Pierce.  It is clear from the enthusiasm of all in attendance that Pierce is very near and dear to your hearts.  And in the spirit of the upcoming holiday season I want to express my sincerest gratitude for your support of the weekend and especially for your support of Franklin Pierce University.

YOUR FEEDBACK

Click here to take a survey about Alumni Weekend and to see photos.  Class years ending in 0 and 5 are celebrating milestone reunions in 2010 and it is not too early to start planning.  If you are interested in getting involved in making YOUR reunion weekend the best it can be, contact Kyle Provost, chair of the Alumni and Reunion Weekend Committee.

Self -nominations are encouraged and the form may downloaded by clicking here.  A completed nomination form and a current resume are required of each nominee in order to be considered for candidacy.

Nominations will be accepted by the Alumni Relations office until Friday January 15, 2010 at 5 pm EST.

If you have any questions or concerns about the nomination process, please contact Shirley English Whitman at engliss@franklinpierce.edu or Rick Falconi, membership and bylaws committee chair.
